Lester Loh

Chief Financial Officer

Lester has over 30 years’ experience in senior finance, IT and operational leadership roles within the private, public, investment banking and outsourcing sectors.

He held senior finance leadership roles at Serco Group plc, AAF McQuay Inc, EY and a NZ Investment Bank. Within the transport sector, Lester was Finance Director of a Road and Rail business and oversaw the growth from £120m to £430m.

Nicko Williamson

CEO and Co-Founder

Ex-CEO & Founder of Climatecars, an eco-friendly taxi service. Nicko launched Climatecars in 2007 aged 23 when he saw an opportunity to provide a green alternative to taxis.

Climatecars was consistently profitable and Nicko sold the business to Addison Lee in 2015.

Peter Minter

Chairman

Ex-CEO, Ex Chairman MoneyBarn Group. Successfully grew Moneybarn over 15 years & oversaw sale of the business to Provident Financial for £120m. Peter was also Chairman of the Motor Finance division of the FLA for 3 years & a member of the FCA smaller business practitioner panel for 5 years.

Stuart Baillie

Operations Director

Stuart brings over 10 years’ experience from Europcar where he held senior positions in Operations in the UK and Australia. He leads the operational side of WeFlex, focusing on scaling our business operationally in all markets.

Neeraj Gahlawat

Head of Sales

Neeraj runs the sales side of WeFlex, helping our customers chose the right WeFlex product for them. Neeraj used to work at Citibank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Dubai.
