Coronavirus – Health and Safety tips
Considering the recent private hire drivers’ concerns about coronavirus, we wanted to share with you some Health and Safety tips:
Clean and disinfect your vehicle regularly
Specially the places or surfaces that you and your passengers frequently come in contact with. Consider using sanitizers and disinfectants to clean off the gems of the potentially affected areas.
Cover when cough or sneeze lean and disinfect your vehicle regularly
It’s a good idea to have tissues available for you and your passengers in your vehicle, just remember to dispose them as soon as possible after use. You can also cough or sneeze into your elbow.
Wash your hands with soap and water frequently
Consider doing it for 20 seconds, or you can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol to disinfect your hands. Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth if you haven’t washed your hands previously!
Don’t drive if you are feeling
If you identify respiratory symptoms or fever above 38 C, it’s better for you and your health to stay home and call your GP in case it gets worse.
